I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tbilisi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of Tbilisi's top attractions and dining options. I appreciated being able to explore the city easily while knowing I had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to at the end of the day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even the cleaner on my floor was so sweet with my dog. The hotel in general was very well maintained and immaculately clean. It almost felt like a brand new hotel. What I liked most about the room was the bed, a nice firm mattress and pillows. It was perfectly comfortable.

Good location in the expat area of Tbilisi. Near a lot of fancy restaurants, banks and etc. Good Wi-Fi. Clean and quiet room even with a city view. Customer service is also good - provided me with slippers and a bathrobe right after arrival.
